Volunteers needed for County Highway K cleanup

The Friends of the Black River has scheduled its fall cleanup of County Highway K for Monday, October 24. The organization is responsible for trash removal on the county highway as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program. Volunteers should meet at 8:30 a.m. at the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce to carpool. For more information or to sign up to help, call FBR President Steve Rake at 715-284-2087.
