The annual spring wildflower walk will be held Saturday, May 14. Hikers are asked to meet in the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce parking lot at 10 a.m. to carpool to the trail head.
A river paddle will be held on Morrison Creek from Highway 54 put-in to the #6 take-out May 22. Paddlers should meet at the pow wow grounds at noon. The paddle is estimated to take about one and a half hours. Some kayaks and canoes are available for use during the paddle.
