Keith Cormican will talk about Bruce’s Legacy and his experiences conducting drowning victim recovery at the November 11 FBR meeting. Through the nonprofit, Cormican conducts underwater dive search and recovery operations for drowned victims’ families as the means to provide resolution for those losing loved ones to drowning. He created Bruce’s Legacy in memory of his brother who drown while trying to recover the body of a drowning victim.
