River cleanup planned in Clark County

By | August 11, 2020

The Friends of the Black River is looking for volunteers to help with its annual river cleanup Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020. Volunteers are asked to meet at 8 a.m. at Listeman Park on 15th Street in Neillsville to be assigned a section of the river. Volunteers may paddle the river or participate in the land-based efforts to collect trash. Those wanting to paddle during the cleanup are asked to RSVP, so enough boats will be available. To volunteer, contact FBR Board Member Adam Marciniak at 715-610-7529 or by e-mailing ccfbrinfo@gmail.com.
