Worksheet For Volunteers
"Many of our grants include a need to account for unpaid time spent by volunteers in the accomplishment of Friends of the Black River (FBR) work activities. Both member and non-member individuals are asked to submit their accounting of hours-volunteered-while-doing-work related to Friends of the Black River.
Work may include river cleanup, trail and landing maintenance, mailings, etc. FBR entertainment such as paddling should not be included unless cleanup or other FBR business is included in the activity. Be sure to fill in the activity so we can account for the type of work done.
The volunteer hours time sheets are in Excel format and will self-add. Volunteers need not submit sheets until they are full. Please do submit timesheets as the end of the calendar year approaches so we have time to gather and total the data regarding hours and type of work done. As required, sheets are submitted to the agency from which the grant was obtained along with our final grant report. After completing the worksheet either copy it and bring it to a FBR meeting to submit to John or mail it to ... PO Box 475 Black River Falls WI 54615
