Earth Day Cleanups, 2019

The Friends of the Black River will hold two Earth Day Cleanups in 2019. The first will be the Clark County cleanup and will be held Saturday, April 27, from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Volunteers are asked to meet at at the city’s yard waste disposal area at the end of W. 8th Street in Neillsville. The 2019 Earth Day Cleanup for Jackson County will be held Sunday, May 5, and volunteers are asked to meet at the Castle Mound State Park at 8 a.m. to receive assignments. The state park is located east of Black River Falls on Highway 12. Volunteers will receive a free lunch at noon.
